Tin Can Juggle Privacy Policy

Tin Can Juggle is an offline iPhone game from Disdained EGG, LLC. This policy describes the current app, including the separate information involved when you test a beta, contact us, or visit our website.

Information in the app

Tin Can Juggle does not send gameplay information or your BEST score to Disdained EGG. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, in-app purchases, Game Center, or sharing features.

Your BEST streak is saved locally on your device so it can be remembered between sessions. The current HITS count and can motion are not saved between sessions. The current app has no saved player preferences or cloud score service operated by Disdained EGG.

The game engine uses local file information to access app resources and the saved BEST score, and elapsed device time to run the game. These operations do not send that information to us.

TestFlight and Apple diagnostics

If you use a TestFlight build, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares them with the developer. This may include your name and email address, depending on how you were invited. Feedback you choose to submit through TestFlight is also shared with Apple and the developer.

Apple controls its own retention of TestFlight information. The retention policy below applies to information held or managed by Disdained EGG, not to Apple’s independent retention. See Apple’s TestFlight & Privacy information for Apple’s retention details.

Contacting us

If you email support@disdainedegg.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Please avoid including information that is not needed for your request.

Information held or managed by Disdained EGG

We retain support messages and diagnostic information only as long as needed to respond, investigate problems, verify fixes and complete necessary follow-up. We delete information when it is no longer needed, except where required for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute or security investigation. Visiting this website

The Disdained EGG website is hosted by Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website traffic and performance measurement. Website requests are handled by the hosting service; this is separate from the offline game. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics information and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
